About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Billing and Operations Specialist to ensure accurate financial processing and operational support during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee invoicing, purchase orders, payroll tracking, and monthly financial processes. You'll have the opportunity to streamline operational workflows, maintain performance tracking systems, and support finance-related tasks across teams.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial processing to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

- Streamline operational workflows while maintaining performance tracking systems across teams.

- Process invoices and subscriptions, and maintain accurate daily financial tracking reports

- Provide support in verifying invoices, confirming the accuracy, completeness, and validity of billing details

- Create, manage, and track purchase orders.

- Handle subscription billing processes, including account acquisitions and transfers.

- Provide support for account acquisition processes and renewal management.

- Assist with the preparation of credit memos, estimates, and customer quotes as needed.

- Update and monitor weekly performance metrics and reports.
