As an Associate in our Brokerage Operations team, you will be at the forefront of our daily capital markets activities. You will take responsibility for executing and monitoring order flows, managing operational risks, and driving the operational rollout of new investment products. This role bridges the gap between daily trade execution, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional product development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Order Management & Best Execution: Oversee the daily monitoring of trade executions and order flows. Ensure client trades are processed accurately, promptly, and in strict adherence to our Best Execution policies.

- Risk Management & Algorithmic Trading: Monitor automated and algorithmic trading flows, manage daily operational risks, handle mismatches, and actively resolve trade-related incidents and mistrades.
