The Role As a Contracts & Negotiation Professional at Kyndryl you will be required to provide sound, and well- reasoned legal, commercial and contract guidance in both English and Spanish to the businesses and other internal functions based upon established policies, guidelines, and professional judgement. You will also participate in or lead significant and complex negotiations of IT services contracts, preparing all required contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with established contracting policies, practices and delegations. We're seeking a bilingual professional, fluent in English and Spanish with experience working on a variety of contracts. You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as with Kyndryl's customers and their third-party advisors and counsel, and the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with all levels (professional to executive) of internal and external clients. You will also work on international contracts, which will will require interfacing with teams in other countries and ensuring the agreement accurately reflects Kyndryl's capabilities in all countries within scope. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, self-motivated, and creative thinking individual with well-developed oral and written communication skills.
