ABOUT THE TEAM
OpenAI is building tools that enable people across an organization to create software, automate work, and build new capabilities with AI. To make that real at scale, we need AI native education that helps people develop durable skills, not just watch content. In Customer Education, we design learning experiences and certifications that accelerate adoption and unlock new builders inside enterprise customers.
As the Learning Experience and Curriculum Lead, you will build learning pathways for the AI workforce. You will design learning experiences, write curriculum, define assessments. You will leverage AI throughout the work. That includes using models to draft and QA course content, generate practice scenarios and code examples, and help keep materials current when products evolve. The outcome is an education program that is higher quality, faster to produce, and easier to keep consistent.
You will partner closely with Customer Education, Product, and Technical Success to ensure we teach skills that matter, show measurable outcomes, and support AI enablement at scale.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own strategy and execution for enterprise learning pathways and curriculum. You will create coherent learning experiences from fundamentals to real skill application, aligned to key customer outcomes, and supported by simple instruments like quizzes, skill checks, project rubrics, and badging.
This role is a blend of instructional design, content writing, and AI powered education operations. You will build the connective tissue between learning science, course production, and customer impact.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Write and edit curriculum: learning objectives, lesson outlines, scripts, assessments, and guidance for hands-on exercises and projects.
