As a Consult Partner, you will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite — spanning the intersection of complex business and IT transformation. We are hiring a Consult Partner to drive meaningful growth within an existing portfolio of insurance accounts. These accounts have foundational relationships in place but represent significant white space — limited Kyndryl footprint with substantial runway for expansion. This is a hunter-farmer hybrid role for someone who thrives in building from a base, not inheriting a mature book of business. You will own, run, and grow a targeted set of accounts — focusing your energy where you have the greatest right to win and where clients have an immediate need to modernize mission-critical business lines through AI-driven transformation. Sector Focus Deep expertise in the Life Insurance and Annuities sector , including carriers and distribution ecosystems Strong understanding of policy administration systems (PAS) and the surrounding technology landscape (billing, claims, CRM, data, actuarial platforms) Familiarity with leading core platforms (e.g., Vantage, FAST, ALIP, Sapiens, etc.) and modernization programs Sales & Client Engagement Proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing both complex...
