We’re looking for a visionary leader like you to take on the role of Customer Unit Leader (CUL)—someone who can drive transformation, orchestrate complex ecosystems, and deliver commercial excellence across an entire customer unit. In this role, you’ll be the strategic force behind customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability. You’ll personally engage with C-suite executives, deepen relationships, and ensure that Kyndryl’s advise, build, and run capabilities are aligned with industry and regional trends. You’ll be the advocate for your accounts within the broader Kyndryl community, championing their needs and unlocking new opportunities. But this role is about more than just oversight—it’s about impact. As a CUL, you’ll lead the charge in multi-year account planning, setting growth priorities, allocating resources, and driving Return to Growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for activating the partner ecosystem to expand market reach and help bring differentiated solutions to customers adding signings, revenue, and profit across your customer unit, ensuring that every account thrives under your leadership.
