THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Director of Growth Operations & Systems you’ll drive the systems and processes behind Pearl Health’s growth engine, owning territory planning, pipeline forecasting, contracting, and provider onboarding. It blends commercial strategy with hands-on leadership of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and contract management platforms to power effective go-to-market (GTM) execution, while partnering cross-functionally. The role will play a key part in shaping how Growth Operations evolves through building scalable systems, processes and team capabilities to support the company’s commercial expansion over the coming years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement CRM architecture (via Hubspot) improvements that increase efficiency across the Growth org, including custom object design, workflow automation, and integration infrastructure
- Build bulk contracting infrastructure for peak season in partnership with the broader Growth team
- Define the systems integration roadmap: prioritize builds against team capacity and business need, and establish documentation standards (data dictionaries, admin SOPs, integration specs)
- Stand up deal pipeline forecasting infrastructure and management dashboards
