Legal and Compliance Operations Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Legal and Compliance Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Pearl Health's Legal and Compliance functions. This position will manage the end-to-end workflow of legal requests, contract administration, and compliance tracking while supporting multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with legal/compliance knowledge, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage complex workflows across multiple systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & AI OPERATIONS

- Create and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) system AI Playbooks, including active training of AI models to learn Pearl's contracting approach and processes

- Perform first-pass of contract redlines based on counterparty feedback

- Convert counterparty feedback into proposed redlines

- Replicate contract edits across affiliate contracts

- Negotiate certain contract terms within established guardrails (e.g., NDAs)

- Maintain databases of key contractual terms

LEGAL OPERATIONS & MATTER MANAGEMENT

- Serve as intake manager and matter tracker

- Create and maintain Legal and Compliance Dashboard

- Track and manage vendor contract workflows
