Lead a high-performing team of 10+ as you define the data strategy for a platform supporting over 1 million members globally. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to embed data-driven thinking across Product, Growth, and Clinical functions, bridging technical excellence with commercial strategy to transform how millions manage long-term wellbeing.

- Oversee the modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker) while remaining hands-on with SQL to validate complex analyses and lead problem-solving by example.
