Your Role

In this role, you will shape the data strategy, architecture, and platform vision, while building and mentoring a high-performing team of data professionals.

You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, AI, and platform strategy, enabling scalable, reliable, and business-driven data solutions across the organization.

Your Tasks

Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Tracking Specialists

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture

- Own team planning, priorities, and technical development

Data Platform & Architecture

- Oversee development of our modern data platform, pipelines, and tracking infrastructure

- Ensure scalable, reliable, well-governed data systems

- Drive adoption of a centralized data platform across the organization

Data Strategy

- Define and execute the global Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business goals

- Champion AI-powered analytics, intelligent automation, and data standardization

- Enable self-service analytics and data democratization
