We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to execute and run our US field marketing programs. This is a hands-on role focused on pipeline generation and sales support, working closely with our US sales team to deliver events, campaigns, and account-based programs that drive measurable impact.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Compliance is a $50B global opportunity, and we are rewriting how it's managed.
Your mission: execute US field marketing programs that directly drive pipeline and support our sales team. This isn't campaign management, it's hands-on, on-the-ground marketing that moves deals forward.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pipeline & Sales Support: Work day-to-day with US AEs to align on priorities, coordinate campaign execution, ensure timely sales enablement, and handover leads that are genuinely ready to engage. You'll track program performance and report on pipeline impact, this is metrics-driven marketing.
Events & Conferences: Own the end-to-end execution of US-based conferences, field events, and hosted activations. You'll attend events in person; booth support, sales coordination, relationship building, and own the full funnel from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute ABM campaigns for priority US accounts; 1:few and 1:many programs including events, paid campaigns, and targeted content.
Regional Paid Campaigns: Manage and execute US-focused paid campaigns.
