Join NELP as a founding engineer to build the system of record for nursing excellence. You will own the technical stack, designing complex multi-hospital data models and AI-driven workflows that replace legacy spreadsheets. Your work directly improves nurse retention and patient safety across major health systems, turning real-time feedback into production features.
