As a Functional Analyst at Kyndryl, you will be supporting and leading the analysis, design, and delivery of banking solutions. The role involves translating business needs into solution specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation aligned with business goals, technology standards, and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Lead identification, analysis, and documentation of business, system, and solution requirements Define and validate performance, scalability, security, and service quality requirements Perform end-to-end impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle Own and drive solution design specifications aligned to enterprise architecture Develop conceptual and logical data models Define source-to-target data mappings and create data flow diagrams and transformation rules Contribute to effort estimation and solution sizing Act as a key bridge between business and technology teams Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement where required Mentor ju...
