About the HR Business Partner Role…

This is a strategic, business-facing HR role supporting the HR & Operations Director to grow, develop, and elevate the SiteMinder Philippines office and our people. You’ll partner with teams and leaders across the business, providing HR strategy, advisory, and solutions that drive performance, engagement, and talent growth.

This role spans HR operations, employee relations, and benefits administration, but with a strong strategic focus on shaping culture, influencing leaders, and driving business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
