Operating in a fast-paced digital environment, they collaborate with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to create impactful campaigns that align with brand goals, drive engagement, and strengthen long-term audience relationships.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Influencer Manager will lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution to support brand growth and engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying influencer partnerships, negotiating collaborations, managing campaign performance, and ensuring successful execution across multiple social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer Outreach & Negotiation

- Identify potential influencer and brand partnership opportunities

- Pitch collaborations and manage outreach efforts

- Handle negotiations related to deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and rates

Campaign Management

- Oversee influencer campaigns from planning through execution

- Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

Relationship Building

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers

- Ensure influencers remain aligned with brand values and campaign objectives

- Foster long-term partnerships that support continued collaboration

Social Media & Content Strategy
