Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Credit Control Manager, you will create impact in our Accounts Receivable team, within the Finance department. You'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are followed up and resolved in a timely manner. This is a client- and debtor-facing role, where you will identify potential payment issues early, and escalate pressure points where necessary.

Please note that this will initially be a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract. During this time, you’ll take on a hands-on role with early exposure to international clients, supported by structured training and regular one-to-one development meetings.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, following up outstanding invoices in line with agreed payment terms.

- Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger.

- Handle customer queries and disputes, resolving issues promptly while maintaining positive client relationships.

- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist in assessing customer creditworthiness by conducting credit checks and supporting risk evaluations.
