The Lead Data Architect is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient and scalable Application architecture within an organization. They collaborate with various stakeholders to understand technical requirements, create robust solutions , and ensure the integrity, security, and performance of the application infrastructure. This includes having the strong ability to look around the corner at emerging technologies and advise senior leadership around the strategic technical vision for the domain . The Lead Architect role is crucial for organizations aiming to leverage effectively for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency . *This position can sit in multiple CVS locations to include remote. Accountabilities include: Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives . Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas. Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, and management, to understand needs and drive alignment with business and development teams .
