Job Description •Develops and implements clinical programs and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and to enhance the overall quality of care. •Collaborates on the designs and implementation of health management programs, clinical safety programs, medication stewardship opportunities, immunization services, and other clinical interventions. •Assesses and optimizes clinical workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care. •Identifies areas for improvement, streamlines processes and implements standardized clinical protocols and guidelines. •Provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical teams, which may include Pharmacists, Nurses and other Healthcare professionals. •Sets performance expectations, conducts performance evaluations, fosters a collaborative and productive work environment, and supports professional development initiatives. •Ensures clinical operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and Industry standards. •Develops and implements quality assurance programs and performance improvement initiatives to monitor and enhance the quality and safety of clinical services. •Collaborates with various stakeholders to drive collaborative clinical initiatives and ensure consistent alignment with organizational goals.
