Position Summary: As a Lead Director – Finance Reporting & AI/ML Transformation, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities across Finance and adjacent functions. This role will allow you to drive transformation through advanced reporting architectures, data platforms, and the application of AI/ML to automate, optimize, and enhance business processes. You will be recognized as a strong leader and strategic thinker with deep experience in reporting transformation, data-driven operating models, and emerging analytics technologies. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor teams responsible for reporting modernization and AI/ML-enabled process transformation. Set strategic direction and execution standards for reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives. Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with enterprise goals and business priorities. Ensure teams are appropriately skilled, trained, and enabled to deliver modern reporting and AI/ML solutions. Reporting & Analytics Transformation Lead the modernization of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and management information. Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of reporting processes across functions. Establish scalable reporting and analytics frameworks that improve transparency, speed, and decision quality.
