We are looking for a Solution Engineer to be the face of Slack as the primary user interface for the entire Salesforce ecosystem. You won't just be doing demos; youâll be architecting the "Front Door" to the missionâwhere humans and AI agents collaborate in real-time to serve citizens faster. You'll build relationships with key executives and technology leaders, selling directly to IT and agency leaders, while owning the technical elements of a value-oriented sales cycle. You'll showcase how Slack's next-generation user experienceâpowered by AI, Slackbot, and Agentforceâenables government teams to work smarter and deliver mission-critical services more effectively.
