Leasing Coordinator

A fast-growing real estate and property management company is hiring a Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations across a large portfolio of single-family homes. You will guide prospective residents through the entire rental journey, deliver world-class communication, and ensure smooth execution from inquiry to move-in.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, loves organization, and can manage multiple workflows with accuracy and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing Execution

- Own the leasing cycle from marketing and scheduling tours to executing lease agreements.

- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Build long-term relationships with prospective tenants through consistent follow-up.

Operational Excellence

- Use Aptly daily to manage tasks, property activities, tenant stages, tours, and applications.

- Maintain precise organization across properties, key control, scheduling, and documentation.

- Prepare all leasing contracts and ensure accuracy throughout the verification process.

Compliance & Standards

- Understand and uphold Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

- Maintain knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities.

- Ensure all leasing processes meet internal compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 plus years of sales or customer service experience; leasing experience is a strong plus.

- Strong CRM experience and comfort managing multiple concurrent workflows.

- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
