About the Role

We are looking for a Cyprus-qualified Legal Counsel to join our legal function and support our growing IT business. This role will focus on corporate governance, commercial contracts, compliance, employment law matters, and day-to-day legal support for cross-functional teams across the group’s entities worldwide.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and business stakeholders, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Governance & Compliance:

- Handle corporate governance matters for Cyprus entities and other Welltech group companies worldwide, including coordination of corporate approvals, documentation, and record-keeping.

- Manage statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance matters for Cyprus entities, including timely filings, corporate records, and ongoing alignment with applicable legal, governance, and internal policy requirements.
