Title: Manager, Human Resources
Scope: Day-to-day HR operations inside the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local people insights - leadership insights, flight risks, high-potential employees
- Basic ER issue identification (behavioral & performance), resolution, coordination with HRBP, manager coaching & support, termination support
- Day-to-day support and accountability for performance management
- Accountability for headcount reporting
- Local onsite POC for employee questions (re: payroll, benefits, etc)
- Onboarding/offboarding
- Timesheets
- Coordination of interviews
- Responsibility for office management function
Target Profile:
This is someone who has managed HR at a small-to-medium sized business, ideally in professional services/accounting. This person has enough executive presence to inspire confidence among local firm leadership, but they don’t need to have exposure to the types of strategic initiatives that we expect at a platform-level.
Base Compensation: $110k- 130k
Reporting relationship: COO/CEO/Managing Partner of firm. Dotted line into Sr. Director, Human Capital Strategy at CretePA.
