ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will lead content execution, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple channels. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic alignment, working closely with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Orchestration
- Maintain and optimize marketing calendars and project trackers using Monday.com http://Monday.com
- Plan and execute organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Coordinate content production with internal creators and external partners
- Write and edit captions, blog posts, and website content aligned with brand voice
- Refine visuals and short-form videos using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut
Community Engagement
- Engage daily with the brand’s audience through comments, posts, and interactions
- Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions with clear, on-brand communication
- Build relationships with followers, partners, and aligned brands
Creators & Affiliates
- Manage day-to-day operations of creator programs, including schedules, briefs, approvals, and payments
