Our client is a growing company seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead its digital marketing strategy from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to define brand positioning, establish a strong digital presence, and lead future team growth while shaping how the company is perceived in the market.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing strategy across brand positioning, content development, social media, website optimization, and campaign performance. This is a high-ownership leadership role designed for someone who can work strategically from a blank canvas, make key brand decisions, and build systems that support long-term growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND STRATEGY & POSITIONING
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Define how the brand should be positioned and differentiated in the market.
- Lead website and online presence updates to align with brand identity and target audience expectations.
CONTENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Build and manage the social media calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop content strategies that include social posts, video concepts, blog content, infographics, and other digital formats.
- Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand voice, positioning, and business objectives.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & GROWTH
- Lead key marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
