Our client is a well-established home improvement company with over 30 years of experience, operating multiple locations across the Midwest. They specialize in high-quality bath and remodeling solutions and run a high-volume call center environment focused on booking qualified in-home appointments for their sales team. As the business continues to scale and lead volume increases, they are expanding their remote appointment-setting team to support growth and maintain a consistent pipeline for their sales organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and auto-dialed calls, engaging prospective customers, and converting conversations into qualified, scheduled appointments. This role is highly execution-focused and operates within a fast-paced, call center-style environment where success is driven by consistency, efficiency, and the ability to follow structured processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Volume Call Handling
- Handle 175β225 calls per day through an auto-dialer system
- Engage with leads in real-time as calls are presented via dialer
- Maintain consistent energy, tone, and efficiency across a high volume of interactions
Appointment Booking
- Follow structured scripts and call flows to guide conversations
- Book qualified in-home appointments for the sales team
- Keep conversations focused on securing appointments rather than selling services
Lead Qualification
- Ask key qualifying questions related to location, timing, and interest
- Ensure appointments meet required criteria before booking
- Avoid over-selling or deviating from the defined process
