ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and launches while serving as a key operational partner between strategy and execution. This role will focus heavily on project management, campaign coordination, launch planning, workflow organization, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced managing projects across fast-paced marketing environments. They should be comfortable driving timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring campaigns move forward with clarity, accountability, and strong communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN & LAUNCH PROJECT MANAGEMENT

- Own project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives from kickoff through launch.

- Create and maintain launch calendars, timelines, and project workflows.

- Support planning and execution of go-to-market activities with strong operational oversight.

- Ensure projects remain aligned with deadlines, priorities, and business objectives.

WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATION

- Serve as the primary owner of Asana, managing tasks, dependencies, timelines, and workflow organization.
