We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive Salesforce Core Products adoption across enterprise accounts in diverse industries. You'll build strategic relationships with business and technology leaders, orchestrate complex sales cycles, and help customers transform their operations through AI-powered CRM solutions. What You'll Do Drive new business acquisition and expand Salesforce Core Products footprint within existing enterprise accounts across multiple industries Build and manage a robust pipeline, consistently exceeding revenue targets through strategic account planning Develop trusted advisor relationships with CROs, Sales Directors, Service Leaders, and IT executives to understand their CRM, automation, and data challenges Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close, leveraging consultative selling approaches Articulate Salesforce's AI capabilities (including Agentforce) and demonstrate ROI through personalized demos, business cases, and proof of concepts Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Industry experts to deliver tailored solutions Navigate organizational structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and champions across sales, service, IT, and executive teams Stay current on CRM trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices What We're Looking For Required: 7+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience with consistent quota achievement Proven success selling CRM, SaaS platforms, or enterprise cloud solutions Deep understanding of sales automation, customer service platforms, revenue operations, or digital transformation ecosystems Strong business acumen with ability to build compelling ROI models and business cases Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across C-level, VP, and practitioner levels Track record of building strategic relationships and positioning as a trusted advisor Ability to work cross-industry (retail, financial ser...
