ROLE OVERVIEW
The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The role requires strong experience in campaign management, media planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. The specialist will ensure campaigns meet their goals by making continuous, data-driven adjustments to improve conversions and ROAS. This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and performance optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive results, with potential expansion into TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
- Partner with creative teams to refine ad creatives, targeting, and placements to maximize performance.
Media Planning & Strategy
- Determine effective channels, placements, and timing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on investment.
Budgeting & Negotiation
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective spend distribution across campaigns.
Optimization
- Continuously monitor performance and make real-time adjustments to improve conversions, CTR, and ROAS.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance future campaigns and share results with internal teams or clients.
Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand target audiences, identify market trends, and analyze competitor strategies.
- Apply insights to refine campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations and contribute to overall marketing execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 4–5+ years of experience in paid media buying with expertise in Meta and TikTok.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend for ROI.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ad analytics tools and reporting.
- Background in DTC paid media campaigns is preferred.
- Focus experience on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a bonus for Microsoft, Tiktok or LinkedIn Ads.
