ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for engaging inbound leads, discussing upcoming roofing and construction projects, and gathering key information to support the early stages of the sales process. This role requires strong conversational ability, thoughtful questioning, and a personalized approach to lead engagement, including pre-call research to ensure each interaction is relevant and client-focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD ENGAGEMENT & CONVERSATION MANAGEMENT
- Handle inbound calls from leads, discussing roofing and construction projects, answering questions, and gathering key project details.
- Establish rapport through natural and friendly conversations that help leads feel comfortable and valued.
- Provide initial information about services, pricing, and timelines to help clients understand available solutions.
- Gather customer details such as project scope, location, and specific requirements for internal handoff.
MARKET RESEARCH & LEAD PREPARATION
