Our client is a well-established U.S.-based advertising agency with a team of more than 30 professionals. The agency runs integrated campaigns across multiple industries, working closely with internal strategy, account, and creative teams to drive measurable performance outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment, the team places strong emphasis on execution quality and optimization speed, as both directly impact client performance and retention. As the agency continues to grow, they are expanding their media team and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented specialist to strengthen daily campaign execution and operational support.

Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Paid Media Specialist will manage the hands-on execution of paid digital campaigns across key performance marketing channels. This role focuses on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while ensuring accurate setup, proper budget pacing, and consistent performance monitoring. Working under the direction of media leadership, the Digital Campaign Specialist will support campaign execution, testing, and optimization efforts to maintain high operational standards and improve campaign outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT

- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid social platforms including Meta (required) and TikTok or LinkedIn (preferred).

- Manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads, primarily Search, with Display experience considered a plus.

- Support campaigns with exposure to Programmatic, Streaming, or OTT platforms when applicable.

- Manage daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and platform QA processes.
