Sr SEO Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth. You’ll build and execute SEO strategy from the ground up, focusing on high-impact initiatives that drive qualified traffic and inbound leads.

This role is for someone with 4+ years of SEO experience who’s comfortable working autonomously, testing ideas, and moving fast.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own SEO strategy and execution end-to-end

- Run advanced keyword research and search intent analysis

- Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact SEO opportunities

- Optimize existing pages and support creation of SEO-driven content

- Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics

- Flag technical SEO issues and propose solutions

- Ensure SEO best practices across site changes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience

- Strong on-page SEO and keyword research skills

- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals

- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools

- Analytical, experiment-driven, and results-oriented

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

NICE TO HAVE

- B2B SEO experience

- Inbound / lead generation background

- Content strategy experience
