About the Role: The IP team is seeking a highly motivated in-house Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to help manage and grow a rapidly expanding portfolio. The successful candidate will work across a variety of technical domains, providing strategic support and operational excellence across the company’s entire technical landscape. A central component of this role is leading the charge on AI-driven legal workflows. The candidate will play a key role in developing and refining AI agents and identifying new ways to use technology to make the entire IP team more efficient and innovative. What You'll Do: Portfolio Management Support: Assist in managing the patent portfolio by reviewing work product, supporting strategic decision-making, providing guidance on patent matters, and actively participating on the Patent Committee. Invention Mining & Training: Conduct training sessions and invention mining workshops with engineers to uncover and capture new patentable ideas.
