As Abacum continues to scale (120+ employees today, expected to exceed 170 by year end) and with the opening of our new Barcelona office, the operational needs around employee
experience, office management, and day-to-day support have increased significantly.
To support our growth and ensure a strong employee experience we are looking for a talented
experienced People & Workplace Coordinator.
This role would focus on operational support across three areas: workplace, employee
experience, and People Operations support.
Role Purpose
The People & Workplace Coordinator will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the
office while supporting employees with operational needs and assisting the People function in
delivering a strong onboarding and workplace experience.
This role allows the People function to remain focused on strategic priorities while ensuring
employees have immediate support for day-to-day needs.
