This role is for Fieldtrip Agency https://www.fieldtrip.agency (our parent company) - we're seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Content Writer to join our team. Fieldtrip is building a next-generation growth ecosystem for performance brands - bringing together performance creative, paid media, creators, and measurement under one integrated system.

What you will do:

- Create engaging, conversion-focused content for various digital platforms

- Transform complex marketing concepts and strategies into accessible, shareable content

- Develop content that positions industry leaders and drives thought leadership

- Collaborate with our creative team to produce content that performs across paid social channels

- Research and stay current with trends in DTC, e-commerce, and performance marketing

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of content writing experience with a focus on performance marketing, paid social, or DTC brands

- Deep understanding of the paid social landscape - Meta, TikTok, Youtube, etc.

- Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversions

- Experience writing for executives and thought leaders in the marketing/business space

- Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across platforms and formats

- Data-driven mindset - you understand what makes content perform

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent research skills and ability to quickly grasp complex topics

Bonus Points:

- Experience in creative strategy or advertising agencies

- Background in DTC/e-commerce marketing

- Understanding of performance creative frameworks

- Experience with Linkedin, Twitter and Youtube content

- Portfolio includes work for C-level executives or founders
