Required Activities and/or Skills: At least 3 years of experience managing incidents (INCs) in IT environments Clear understanding of a technological ecosystem and business processes Act as the main point of contact for the process, communication, escalation, and management of major incidents (Major INCs); ensure monitoring, notification, and escalation of execution time compliance for incidents Ability to lead/orchestrate sessions for incidents, problems, preventive monitoring, War Rooms (WR), and remediation activities Management activities: Pre–Incidents Committee, Post Pre–Incidents Commi...
