As AI accelerates delivery, this role is less about shipping faster and more about deciding what is worth shipping. You will be expected to use strong judgment, shape scope, prioritize impact and design solutions that drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Product & AI Experience Delivery

- Act as the go-to person for user needs owning customer understanding end-to-end from persona maintenance to in-depth research, competitive analysis, and data-driven product decisions

- Own end-to-end product design delivery, from persona definition and early discovery through UX flows to high-fidelity UI and handoff-ready assets, designing AI-first, agent-enabled experiences that fundamentally change how users operate
