Amplify's Training & Enablement team is seeking a Product Trainer, STEM to develop Amplify Science and platform training materials applying standard methodologies in adult learning and instructional design and to deliver product training sessions to our internal customer-facing teams. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for education and can quickly become an expert on Amplify's suite of products. Essential Responsibilities : Design compelling live (remote) and asynchronous product training sessions and navigational product videos for our customer-facing teams including Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success, in order to equip them with the foundational product knowledge vital to ensure an excellent customer experience Adhere to a project management plan that includes timelines for crafting training, receiving and incorporating feedback, and finalizing training Facilitate and deliver insightful, effective, and engaging product training sessions to internal customer-facing teams Assess impact and efficiency of training by collecting, analyzing, and incorporating feedback from key collaborators on session content, framework, and delivery Work with Amplify's product and marketing teams to develop a deep pedagogical understanding of our programs, from both a content and...
