About the role:
We’re looking for a PS Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our Services organization and driving operational excellence across strategic program execution, systems, and reporting. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with PS leadership, streamline back-office processes, and build the systems and insights that enable our teams to deliver with efficiency and profitability.

What you’ll be doing:
- Be the operational backbone for key Professional Services programs, including monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
- Improve team efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing productivity.
- Implement automations and AI solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks and create more time for customer-facing work.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to optimize and scale PS systems.
- Support and improve core PS administrative operations, including month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking and forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain and evolve our reporting suite to ensure PS leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
