The Role Overview of Role: The Director of North America Real Estate & Data Center leads a team in the US and Canada and is responsible for all aspects of strategy and execution related to Real Estate including Data Center, Offices, Construction and Facility management in the largest market at Kyndryl totaling $5.5M sqft. The role will report into the Vice President RDC and has primary stakeholder responsibility for both the President of the US and Canadian businesses and ensure objectives and projects are interlocked with the regional leaders including the CFO and COO of the respective regions. The role also involves implementing the global real estate strategy at the regional level, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and standards. . The role further ensure delivery in a consistent manner across the portfolio while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities) Develop and implement the regional real estate strategy to support the company’s overall global objectives. Develop and present the business case supporting the strategic plan to the C- suite and leadership committee. Responsible for planning, directing and controlling all real estate and activities for the organization to ensure maximum return and profitability. Lead the delivery of world class real estate solutions to agreed standards, at optimal cost within time frames agreed by Kyndryl’s business partners.
