THE ROLE

We are looking for our first Recruiting Lead who will build and own GovSignals' talent acquisition function from the ground up. This person will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across every function as we scale rapidly through our next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring high-caliber people at startups, thrives in ambiguity, and understands that recruiting is both an art and a science. You will design our hiring processes, develop sourcing strategies, and personally close candidates who will shape the trajectory of the company. This is a player-builder roleβ€”you will recruit directly while simultaneously building the systems and eventually the team to scale our hiring capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Functions

- Source, screen, and close candidates across engineering (product and platform), sales, GTM, client success, compliance, and operations

- Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining quality and candidate experience
