ROLE OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will join the team in a new, additive role created to support growing production demands and high-volume creative output. This position will work closely with operations and creative leads, executing a wide range of print and digital deliverables with speed, accuracy, and strong brand consistency. The role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance creativity with execution, including meeting same-day and 2-hour turnaround expectations for many social assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CREATIVE ASSET PRODUCTION
- Design high-quality print and digital assets, including social media graphics, email campaign graphics, texting graphics, and promotional materials.
- Produce mail pieces such as postcards, magazines, and similar print collateral using provided copy and assets.
- Design and mock up branded merchandise including apparel, koozies, bags, and similar items to help clients visualize final products.
BRAND CONSISTENCY & EXECUTION
- Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and the creative direction defined by the design lead.
