π΅οΈ GOALS & MISSIONS
The Sales Enablement Lead will build and scale Alan sales enablement function into a world-class function. You'll define the vision, lead a growing team across 4+ countries, and contribute to upskilling and transforming our > 200-person sales organization into a highly effective team of trusted advisors and contribute to their growth path
You will work across our entire sales organization (Account Executives, BDR, Inbound Sales, Account Management, Crew Leads) and engage with senior sales leadership to align on priorities, coordinate the team's roadmap, and ensure we deliver training initiatives that drive performance.
