Reporting to our Account Director/Client Partner, you will lead client relationships, working with wider teams on developing comprehensive creative/media strategies, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.

- Build deep relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact, and understand clients' goals to create tailored solutions.

- Work with wider teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve clients' goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to improve strategies accordingly.

- Provide guidance on best practices, creative thought processes, and campaign execution.

- Oversee the successful implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' goals and achieve desired outcomes

- Translate data insights into relevant recommendations for clients, addressing important concerns and opportunities.

- Collaborate with varied teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to provide integrated solutions.

Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the advertising, creative or marketing industry

- Previous experience managing a small team, encouraging brainstorming and open discussions to foster a creative environment.
