Position Summary Provides administrative, coordination, and operational support across the MPTT organization. Partners with stakeholders, business owners, project managers, and senior leadership to support reporting, documentation, communications, and operational processes. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Communicates with various stakeholders, business owners, project managers, and senior leadership across the DDAT organization Assists management with department‑level reporting, including MOR updates, weekly status updates, and monthly organizational chart maintenance Provides SharePoint support, including document organization, updates, and access coordination Assists with the administration and documentation of production support strategies as needed Supports teams by documenting complex production issues and coordinating with developers, system administrators, and quality assurance teams Assists with SOX audits and tech debt management activities Tracks action items and follow‑ups from leadership and operational meetings Monitor shared inboxes or distribution lists and respond or route messages as appropriate Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and records‑retention guidelines Proactively identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency Required Qualifications Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience creating PowerPoint decks for an executive‑level audience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel,...
