Performance Creative Strategist (Paid Media) π About the Role Weβre looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize high-performing creatives across paid media channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends creative production with performance marketing. Youβll be responsible for creating static and video ads, writing compelling copy, and continuously iterating based on performance data to drive direct bookings and conversions. Youβll own the creative process end-to-end while collaborating closely with Paid Media, Brand, and Design teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment and enjoy turning insights into high-impact creatives, this role is for you. π° Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (up to Php120,000, depending on experience) HMO coverage Parental benefits Paid leaves and holidays Referral incentives Perfect attendance incentives πΌ What Youβll Do Creative Production (Hands-On) Concept, create, and launch paid media creatives across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging channels Produce static ads, short-form videos, UGC-style content, and light motion edits Write high-converting ad copy, including hooks, headlines, and CTAs Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance insights Performance-Driven Creative Strategy Translate customer insights, booking motivations, and brand positioning into effective creative concepts Own creative testing across hooks, formats, value propositions, and audience angles Maintain a strong experimentation mindset focused on speed, learning, and optimization Analytics, Testing & Optimization Analyze ad performance across platforms, audiences, and placements Build and maintain a library of winning creatives and learnings Execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and conversion rates Develop data-driven strategies to acquire and convert both homeowner and guest leads Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Paid Media to align creative with campaign goals Partner with Brand and Design teams to ensure consistency while optimizing for performance Collaborate with Product, Revenue, and Sales teams to connect marketing efforts with business outcomes β What Weβre Looking For 4β7+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or growth marketing Proven ability to create high-performing ads end-to-end (not just brief or review) Strong skills in: Short-form video (UGC, lifestyle, property-focused content) Static ad design Performance-driven copywriting Deep understanding of creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative improvements Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience sourcing or working with UGC content Background in travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands π Work Setup Full-time, remote role Must be amenable to working US business hours (night shift) Open to Philippine-based candidates only ποΈ Hiring Process Initial Interview Creative Case Study (client-provided) GA Final Interview Client Interview
