Position Description:
Position Description: The Senior Loyalty Strategist is both a strategic consultant for PARβs restaurant clients and a key advisor supporting internal cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy, this highly visible role leads consulting projects focused on loyalty program design, restructuring, and optimization, as well as broader guest engagement and digital marketing strategies.
This role works closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, Customer Success, and third-party developers to drive measurable results β including increased participation, revenue, and profitability β across PARβs client base.

What Weβre Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy
- Experience designing or implementing loyalty programs (restaurant or consumer brands)
