Position Summary Contributes to the dental Medicare product portfolio, conducting market analysis and driving new product development. Provides expertise and thought leadership, contributing to strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives innovation, evaluates performance, and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organization's growth and success. Ensures accurate administration and management of all dental plans **This position is remote anywhere within the United States, East or Central time zones preferred. What you will do: Defines requirements and multi-year roadmaps across multiple products/offerings, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback into portfolio strategy. Leads an annual competitive analysis to benchmark competitor plan designs in targeted markets against our offerings using a variety of internal and external sources. Creates annual competitive insights slide deck and presents findings to senior leadership, market leaders, Actuarial, Network, the product team, and other stakeholders as needed. Analyzes and monitors legislative, industry and competitive developments throughout the year by reviewing relevant research and publications; summarizes key developments for internal partners. In partnership with the manager and the Medicare Strategy team, translates competitive and market insights into product portfolio recommendations for the upcoming plan year.
