Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the Production Support function for Financial Systems within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role resides in the Finance Organization owns end-to-end functional production support, user experience, reporting, and continuous improvement for Finance applications. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong finance and accounting knowledge, and proven leadership experience to effectively triage complex issues, partner with IT, and deliver stable, high-quality solutions for Finance users. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can balance day-to-day production support with longer-term enhancement delivery, user enablement, and metrics-driven transparency for leadership. Key Responsibilities Production Support & End-User Enablement Lead enterprise production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance. Ensure timely intake, triage, and resolution of production issues. Own ticket management processes, ensuring consistent prioritization, escalation, and closure of defects and enhancement requests. Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a small team with a strong enterprise mindset. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive problem-solving. Support ongoing finance transformation and system migration initiatives through effective change management. Metrics, Reporting & Transparency Own production support metrics and leadership reporting.
