About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join our team during a pivotal transformation. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Growth, you will be the primary driver for our Atlassian Marketplace products, turning customer data and insights into automated, in-product growth motions.

What you’ll do:

- Identify Growth Opportunities: Use data-driven insights to identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

- Monetization: Highly experienced at delivering cross-sell and monetization experiences to improve monetization and ARR.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and own the growth roadmap, align growth goals with company objectives, and collaborate across teams to build alignment on priorities and goals.

- Experimentation: Design, implement, and manage growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate hypotheses, improve key metrics, and drive impact.
